• ISP billing and subscription management
• Customer account management
• OLT path monitoring and diagnostics
• Support ticketing and notifications
• Reporting and analytics

We may enhance or modify services at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Activities under your account are your responsibility.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or perform any attack
• Misuse the Service in a way that may impair its performance or security

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• You agree to pay applicable fees on time.
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content, logos, software, and branding on BillMon are the property of BillMon or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

• We are required by law or regulation
• The service is discontinued

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

BillMon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free operation or continuous availability. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
